Please take the time to check your order carefully with the invoice. Small pieces, such as rings and earrings, will come along with matching necklaces/bracelets or will be in one bag all together. Should you find an error with your invoice or the merchandise please contacts us back right away. |
| For damaged items—You can drop thedamaged item at the showroom or please call us to get the Return authorization (RA) number before you send the item back to us make sure to put photo copy of your receive with your damaged item in the package and we will call you back when the package arrivals at our store. We will exchange or repair it and send the item back to you as soon as possible. Make sure that you write down the RA number on the package that you send to us. Without the RA number and the photo copy of your recive, we are unable to respond for any lost package. We have 90 days for free repair without any charge for the repair from the date of your purchase. |
| Return/Exchange Policy: Because we produce our produce as we receive orders there are NO returns accepted. For this reason we do not make refunds.For exchanges, we do exchanges with the photo copy of your receive within 30 days from the date of the purchase. We are unable to exchanges the item without photo copy of your receive regard because we are the one of five wholesale company that carry the same item in USA and have the retail buyer around USA with different price mark. Without photo copy of receive we are unable to do any exchange. |
